这款无人机在结构中采用了超过25%的竹基复合材料,是固定翼无人机领域首次实现如此高比例的竹材应用。
据项目研发负责人、国际竹藤中心主任覃道春介绍,该无人机采用垂起倾转旋翼布局,兼具航程长、速度快和可垂直起降等特点。
其翼展超过2.5米,整机重量仅7公斤,平飞速度可达100公里/小时以上,续航时间超过1小时。
为达到适航标准,研发团队开展了百余组实验,成功开发出兼具高强度、高韧性与优良成型性的竹基复合材料,并打通了从竹资源筛选到无人机蒙皮结构制造的完整工艺流程。
试飞结果表明,该机的力学强度、弹性模量、续航能力、飞行平稳度及抗震能力均满足设计要求。
值得一提的是,相比采用轻质高强的碳纤维材料,该竹质无人机重量下降超过20%,而竹青薄片材的成本仅为普通碳纤维布的四分之一左右,充分体现出竹基材料在减重与降本方面的双重优势。
